Mr.Jagdish Saxena - Chairman
A Bachelor of Science Mr. Jagdish Saxena,has wide and comprehensive experience of production, sales, marketing and distribution, foreign tie-ups, new product identification, development and launching and product management. He has spent over four decades working in the pharmaceutical industry. The Government of Maharashtra appointed him as a Special Executive Magistrate (SEM) in 1982. His vision continues to be the driving and guiding force behind the Company's progress.
Dr. Anuj Saxena - Managing Director
A graduate in medicine he joined the company in the year 1991 and was appointed as Managing Director of the company in the year 2005 . He has over the years spearheaded the company’s marketing and sales ativities. Is instrumental in building mega brands for the company and also is very actively involved in identifying and developing the new products portfolio of the company. Has got a vast experience in business development related to Pharmaceuticals and FMCG.
Mr.Alok Saxena - Director
Is an MBA and holds PGDBM from a reputed Institute He is also a fellow memberof CIM and holds a number of memberships of other professional bodiesfrom India and abroad like Institute Of Management (UK), Institute of Commercial Management(UK), Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (UK and Singapore Institute of Management), Institute of Directors (UK) etc. He isthe son of Mr. Jagdish Saxena, has been associated with the company from its inception. He has wide and varied work experienceand exposure in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, specially international marketing.
Dr.Joginder Singh Juneja - Director
Dr. Juneja is an M.B.A. from the University of Oregon, USA and a Ph.D in Applied Economics from the University of Mumbai. He is also a national and international consultant and a published author in the field of management. Dr. Juneja has been the recipient of a number of National and International awards, including the international Legion of Honour award for the period 1993-95 by WASME at the international conference held at Cairo in 1995, 1992 IIM Top Professional Manager of the year Gold Award, Shiromani Award (1987), and the Udyog Ratan award (1986).
Mr.Kishan Rao - Director
B.Com, ACA (17th All India Rank-Gold Medalist), Diploma in Business Management is having a strong corporate banking background. He has vast knowledge and experience in the field of Finance and Banking.
Mr. B.L.GUPTA - Director
Mr.B.L.Gupta began his career with Reserve Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in the year 1963. He was sent on Deputation to Unit Trust of India in 1973 and was ultimately absorbed into the UTI cadre in the year 1976. During his tenure with UTI Mr.Gupta was in charge of Unit Linked Insurance Plan, Department of Operations, Western Zonal Office, Internal Audit and Inspection and their Kolkata Office. Mr.Gupta retired as General Manager in 1996.
Mrs. URVASHI SAXENA - Director
Mrs.Saxena is a post graduate in Arts and a law graduate. She has retired from Indian Revenue Service (IRS). Mrs.Saxena has worked in various capacities in the Income Tax Department and retired as the Settlement Commissioner of Delhi, a post equivalent to the Secretary to the Government of India.
