Rabale plant was taken over by Elder Health Care Ltd in the year 1995 . This unit is specially designed to manufacture a small volume of Injectables & Eye Drops (Parenteral & Ophthalmic). The plant conforms to and follows the most stringent quality control standards recommended as per GMP guidelines.

ELDER HEALTH CARE LTD – PATALGANGA

This state of art plant was established in the year 1993. This plant is dedicated to the manufacture of external preparations viz Ointments, Lotions, Balms, Creams etc. To name a few , esteemed international in license products like Tiger Balm (Hawpar Singapore) & Burnaid (Rye Pharmaceuticals Australia) are manufactured in this plant. The plant is ISO 9001:2008 certified. The plant conforms to and follows the most stringent quality control standards recommended as per GMP guidelines.

TIGAR BALM FACTORY AT PONTA

This is Elder’s Ayurvedic facility with GMP certification, situated at Gaond pur industrial area Paonta sahib. It’s a multi storied structure built on an industrial plot of 960 Sq. Meter.
The facility has best in class automatic machines for bottle cleaning, Filling, capping and cartoning operations. The manufacturing is located on the mezzanine and the filling is done
using gravity.The facility has the capability to fill bottles (120/min) in 8gms and 18gms and tinlets (250/min) in 1.25gms. The plant is operational since Sep 08. Currently Red and White varieties are being manufactured at the unit.
