CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY

TLR2 Regul Complex : Toll Like Receptor Regulating complex.
TLR2 Regul complex is an innovative Complex patented by Uriage. It regulates the inflammation induced by Propionibacterium Acnes via the Trans membrane receptors.

Piroctone Olamine:
Antibacterial, antifungal acts on microbial agents of acne Pityrosporum ovale,
Staphylococcus epidermis, Propionibacterium acnes.

Nicotinamide:
Controls the release of inflammatory mediators like TNF alpha & Interleukin 1 Beta.

Uriage TW 10 %:
Anti inflammatory, Soothing action. Also clinically proven in regulating Neurogenic inflammation (Misery trial – 2006)

A: Hyseac A.I is an Anti Inflammatory, Anti Imperfection care meant for early
management of Inflamed & painful acne.

2. What is the active ingredient?
A: TLR2 Regul complex: Acts early on the formation of inflammatory lesions. Piroctone Olamine: Controls bacterial population Nicotinamide: Inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators Uriage TW: Antioxidant, Moisturizing, Soothing & Anti‐inflammatory action.

3. How is it available?
A: 40 ml Tube in a carton.

4. What are the indications or uses?
A: In mild to moderate inflammatory acne.
As complementary treatment with all Acne treatments
As maintenance therapy as well as to minimize scarring.

5. What is the right dosage?
A: Twice a day application on the entire face & not just the spots.

6. What is to be done in case of missed dosage ?
A: Apply as soon as you remember.

7. What are the precautions while taking the product?
A: Discontinue to use if any redness or allergic reaction seen

8. Which drugs should be avoided along with it?
A: Do not mix or apply with any other medication except Anti acne medications.

9. Who cannot take the medicine?
A:Pregnant & nursing mothers should use it under medical supervision.

A:Apply after cleaning the face, at night time & also in the morning before application of sunscreen.

12. How to store the medicine?
A: Keep this medication in the container it came in, tightly closed and out of reach of children. Store it at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture.
